MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Good computer skills required – Autoplan and Microsoft
Lives in Pretoria
Minimum of 5 years workshop Manager experience
Must be able to manage a team effectively.
N2 Trade related subjects, or 5 years as qualified Artisan
Proficient in English & Afrikaans language.
Recognized Trade test certificate. Diesel Mechanic
Sales Experience
Understand of mining machinery and Motor Engineering
Vast knowledge of electrical and motor engineering
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Effective management of business development function: Identify new business opportunities, monitor, and assess the market environment in terms of competitors and current customers.
Ensure effective and optimum utilization of all resource, inclusive of human resources
Ensure operation and financial targets are met.
Ensure that the work done is in accordance with the company’s standards.
Facilitate the motivation, loyalty and goal directed activities of all employees and identifying possible areas for improvement.
Identify and address all critical training and development needs to mobilize staff to perform their functions effectively.
Maintain safety standards and always comply with the company’s safety instructions and requirements.
Must meet with suppliers and customers to resolve any issues.
Plan, implement and manage projects to meet the agreed timelines while adhering to the planned cost budgets.
