Process “stop supply” orders on the ERP when a client has stopped paying, making sure that all required instructions and authorizations have been received.
If at all feasible, work with clients to resolve account issues prior to enforcing “stop supply” directives.
Inform clients when their accounts have been frozen, and make sure that the relevant internal departments are updated on the situation.
Claim Processing.
Manage stock claims (returns, damaged stock, shortages) by starting the document flow. Schedule the claim on ERP for pricing when there is no legitimate contract in place. Determine if credit has been granted for inquiries, and if not, electronically send any necessary supporting papers to the appropriate
