What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Registration Intern, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional customer support for software product registration and activation.
  • Capture and maintain accurate client registration details using NetAdmin database.
  • Respond to queries via telephone, webforms, and email.
  • Troubleshoot licensing issues and escalate as needed.
  • Collaborate within the team and stay updated on product enhancements and changes.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for, Customer Service Registration Intern you must:

  • Hold a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
  • Hold a Degree or Diploma in IT, Software Development, or Accounting.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office (knowledge of accounting software is a bonus).
  • Be detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
  • Have strong communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Demonstrate troubleshooting skills and a positive customer service attitude.
  • Be teachable, proactive, and hungry for knowledge.
  • Have no criminal record.

Added Advantage

  • Familiarity with Sage 300cloud, Sage CRM, or Sage 200 Evolution.
  • Previous customer-facing or admin experience in IT/finance sectors.
