Key Responsibilities
As an Instructional Design Intern, you will:
- Develop online course content and multimedia under guidance
- Create storyboards, scripts, and learning aids
- Organize and curate resources for digital modules
- Participate in quality assurance (QA) reviews
- Support LMS maintenance and content library updates
- Assist in documentation and best practices
- Research educational tech tools and trends
Minimum Qualifications (NQF Level 7)
You must hold one of the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Advanced Diploma / B. Tech in:
- Instructional Design
- Educational Technology
- Education
- A related field
Required Experience
- Familiarity with LMS platforms
- Knowledge of e-learning trends
- Skills in multimedia tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Articulate, Camtasia)
- Basic understanding of HTML and content creation
