REQUIREMENTS: Minimum requirement: Basic numeracy and literacy skills. Experience: Basic gorgeous ride in a giant scale, Food Service Unit. Inherent requirement of the job: Fluency in at least two of the three legitimate languages of the Western Cape. Ability to work time beyond regulation which consists of weekends and public vacations when needed. Incumbents should be bodily match to raise heavy objects and be on their ft the complete day. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Knowledge of manufacturing for everyday and therapeutic diets in an Industrial Foodservice Unit on a massive scale. Knowledge of hygiene, occupational health, HACCP, and protection principles.
DUTIES: Assist in the receipt and storage of all provisions and inventory in the meals provider unit. Pre-preparation and manufacturing of all everyday and therapeutic diets. Weighing, dishing, and distributing meals to more than a few wards. Cleaning of all areas, utensils, and tools in the Food Service Department. Adhere to Health and Safety prescripts, fundamental manipulate measures, and preferred operational procedures.
