REQUIREMENTS: Minimum instructional qualification: General Education and Training Certificate Grade 10 or ABET Level four Experience: Appropriate Laundry Service ride in a Laundry Services Unit, inside a clinical setting. Appropriate supervisory experience. Inherent necessities of the job: Valid Code B/EB driver’s license. Sound conversation (reading, speaking, and writing) and numerical capabilities in at least two of the three respectable languages of the Western Cape. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Knowledge and abilities about the operational tactics in a Laundry Services Unit. Knowledge of WCHD Laundry Service Policy and monitoring process, hygiene, occupational health, and protection principles, and the incumbent ought to be capable to work by regulations and requirements and meet deadlines. Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), (Attach proof or point out it in the CV). Ability to efficiently multi-task, characteristic independently and under pressure.
DUTIES: Supervise Linen Processing. Ensure a smooth hygienic, safe, and pleasant environment. Supervise and furnish smooth washing and linen. Ensure high-quality linen and laundry linen and laundry Services. Supervise tremendous linen and laundry control. Supervise a wonderful utilization of assets i.e. economic assets, consumables, and equipment. Supervise the implementation of contamination and waste administration in the Laundry. HR relative things which include, compiling responsibility rosters, retaining statistics, go away planning, disciplinary process, allocating tasks, coordinating work schedules, and SPMS.
