Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent)
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must reside within the City of Ekurhuleni (proof of residence required)
- Computer literacy is essential
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service orientation
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in all required work and learning experiences
- Follow workplace policies and complete relevant documentation (e.g., timesheets, assessments)
- Attend all theoretical learning sessions provided by the training provider
- Collaborate effectively with mentors and team members
- Handle tasks professionally, maintaining confidentiality
- Deliver excellent service to internal and external stakeholders
