The City of Ekurhuleni is offering an exciting Learnership Programme aimed at unemployed youth who are passionate about community development, real estate, and public service. This opportunity provides hands-on work experience and structured training through a registered SETA programme.

Type: Temporary Learnership

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent)
  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Must reside within the City of Ekurhuleni (proof of residence required)
  • Computer literacy is essential
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer service orientation

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in all required work and learning experiences
  • Follow workplace policies and complete relevant documentation (e.g., timesheets, assessments)
  • Attend all theoretical learning sessions provided by the training provider
  • Collaborate effectively with mentors and team members
  • Handle tasks professionally, maintaining confidentiality
  • Deliver excellent service to internal and external stakeholders
