The Group Internal Audit Graduate Programme is a structured 18–24 month journey designed to:

Minimum Requirements for Old Mutual Graduate Accelerated Programme
To qualify, you must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Hold or be completing a relevant Honours / Postgraduate qualification in one of the following:
- Data Science
- Information Systems / Computer Science
- Statistics / Mathematics / Engineering / Actuarial Science
- Have a minimum 65% academic average
- Demonstrate excellent communication and analytical skills
- Be self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient
- Submit academic transcripts (compulsory)
Bonus: Data analytics certifications or relevant short courses will be advantageous.
