REQUIREMENTS: Three years’ applicable qualification in Office/ Public/ Business Administration. Two (2) years of supervisory experience. Driver’s license. understanding of Basic Departmental insurance policies and procedures. Administration processes Batho Pele Principles Skills Communication. Analytical. Computer literacy. Interpersonal. Organizing and Planning. Telephone etiquette.
DUTIES: Provide administrative assistance to the CFO. Manage the CFO’s diary, along with the activities calendar, and prepare conferences and workshops. Monitor the provision of secretariat offerings in the CFO Office. Maintain confidentiality of archives and make certain that all strategic complicated correspondence is desirably filed which includes the administration of this information thereof. Supervise the officers in the office.
