RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide human resource provision and utilization services. Recruit staff and manage placements. Facilitate transfers and translations. Provide administrative support services to personnel administration within the component. Implement conditions of service (Licenses, Accommodation, Medical, Service Injuries, Seniority Recognition for Overtime. Termination of service. Performance Management.
