Job Description
As part of my job, I oversee the receipt and dispatching of product, drive the best possible customer experience, make sure sales targets are met, and report to management on stock issues and movements. In addition, I maintain the highest levels of housekeeping, supervise the effective processing and rotation of merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor within predetermined timeframes, and control shrinkage in compliance with corporate policies.
A Grade 12 qualification or equivalent
Retail experience (essential)
2 years Stockroom experience (Advantageous)
Hospitability background (Advantageous)

Ability to give direction to stockroom team
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business and will
require weekends and evening shifts
