The City of Ekurhuleni is seeking a dedicated Administrator to support its Title Deeds Project under the Human Settlement Department. Requirements for Title Deeds Administrator
To be considered, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
- Post-matric qualification (NQF level to be verified)
- Computer literacy
- South African citizen
- Resident of Ekurhuleni (Please specify your Ward on CV)
- Aged 18–35 years (However, applicants over 35 will be considered)
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Conflict management skills
- Ability to engage with communities and conduct outreach work
Core Responsibilities
- As a Title Deeds Administrator, your tasks will include:
- Attending departmental and community meetings as required
- Compiling daily, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Following up on queries related to title deeds
- Reporting to the supervisor or manager on title deed issues
- Conducting house-to-house title deed verification
- Profiling beneficiaries to confirm eligibility
- Assisting in the distribution of title deeds
- Tracing the whereabouts of unclaimed title deed beneficiaries
- Identifying causes of title deed backlog and blockages
- Keeping detailed records of tasks and referrals
