About the Role (Call Centre Agent)

The successful candidates will join FlySafair’s Customer Care Centre team and provide professional support to passengers and customers. The role involves handling inbound customer enquiries, assisting with travel-related issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage customer and passenger calls.
  • Assist customers with delays, cancellations, and travel disruptions.
  • Explain airline processes and procedures.
  • Provide support via telephone and written communication.
  • Handle confidential customer information professionally.
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this opportunity, applicants must have:

  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
  • 1–4 years of call centre experience.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Good computer literacy skills.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette.
  • No criminal or adverse credit record.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays.
