About the Opportunity (Grants Review Contract Workers)

SASSA is seeking dedicated and service-oriented individuals to support the Grants Review Programme across multiple districts in the Free State. Successful candidates will assist with beneficiary reviews, grant administration, record management, data capturing, and community outreach initiatives to ensure social grants are administered accurately and efficiently.

Minimum Requirements

  • Conduct beneficiary screenings

  • Conduct home visits for frail or immobile beneficiaries

Compliance and Verification

  • Verify supporting documents and beneficiary information
  • Identify cases requiring suspension or lapsing of grants
  • Detect overpayment recovery cases
  • Refer suspicious cases for investigation

Reporting and Administration

  • Prepare review reports
