Minimum Requirements

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support within the workshop environment, including:

  • Rendering general clerical support services
  • Maintaining incoming and outgoing document registers
  • Distributing documents and packages to stakeholders
  • Typing correspondence and official documents
  • Providing supply chain clerical support
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding procurement
  • Maintaining and updating the asset register
  • Providing personnel administration support
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Maintaining leave and attendance registers
  • Capturing and updating expenditure records
  • Providing financial administration support
  • Checking subsistence and travel claims for correctness
