Bidvest International Logistics is offering a 12-month Learnership Programme for unemployed youth living with disabilities across South Africa.

This programme provides an opportunity to gain a recognized qualification in Freight and Logistics, along with valuable workplace experience.

The Bidvest Learnership 2026–2027 includes:

  • A 12-month structured programme
  • Combination of theoretical and practical training
  • Exposure to three divisions within logistics operations
  • Learning through the BIL eLearning platform
  • A nationally recognized qualification registered with Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO)

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the Bidvest Learnership Programme, you must:

  • Have Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
  • Be a South African citizen
  • Be between 18 and 35 years old
  • Be living with a disability
  • Be available to commit to a 12-month full-time programme
  • Have a strong interest in the transport and logistics industry
