Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this DHET Call Centre vacancy, you must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma (NQF Level 7) in Public Relations or related qualification
  • Minimum 1 year experience handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to speak at least three additional official languages (advantage)
  • Computer literacy (MS Office package)

  • Resolve queries efficiently and within timeframes
  • Escalate complex enquiries to relevant units and follow up until finalised
  • Maintain communication equipment
  • Ensure service delivery standards are upheld
  • Compile reports
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
