The Central Energy Fund (CEF SOC), a Schedule 2 state-owned diversified energy company reporting to the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy, is inviting applications for its 2025/2026 In-Service Training Programme.

This opportunity is designed for TVET college students who have completed their N6 Certificate theoretical studies and now require practical workplace experience to qualify.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the CEF SOC In-Service Training Programme 2025/2026, applicants must:

• Have a Matric (Grade 12) certificate
• Hold an N6 qualification in one of the fields above
• Provide a letter from your institution confirming completion of theoretical studies and the need for in-service training
• Be between 16 and 25 years old
• Be a South African citizen
• Not be enrolled in any other in-service training or internship programme

Successful candidates for CEF SOC In-Service Training Programme 2025/2026 will undergo personnel suitability checks, including:
