About the Internship (CHIETA Administration Intern)
The Chemical Industries Education and Training Authority (CHIETA) is offering an exciting Administration Internship 2025 in Gauteng. This internship provides graduates with an opportunity to gain practical experience while supporting the ETQA Business Unit and other divisions within CHIETA.
Key Responsibilities
As an Administration Intern, you will:
- Capture and manage accredited SDP/AC and ARPL data.
- Provide document control, filing, and record-keeping support.
- Assist specialists and practitioners with administrative tasks.
- Support monitoring of Accreditation and RPL processes.
- Prepare reports and liaise with stakeholders.
- Manage skills development activities within assigned organisations.
- Provide general office and administrative support.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for the CHIETA Administration Internship 2025, applicants must:
- Hold a Diploma (NQF 6) in Business Administration or a related field with a minimum 65% aggregate.
- Have no prior work experience.
- Reside in Gauteng Province.
- Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.
- Be computer literate with innovative and multitasking abilities.
- Be detail-oriented, systematic, and able to work independently.
- A valid driver’s license will be an advantage.
