Minimum Requirements

To qualify for Customer Service Learnership, applicants must:

• Have completed Grade 12 (Matric) between 2020–2024
• Achieved minimum 55% in English and Maths or Maths Literacy
• Be currently unemployed
• Have no previous learnership experience
• Be computer literate (advanced skills preferred)
• Reside in or near the West Rand area (advantageous)
• Be South African citizens

Key Responsibilities for Customer Service Learnership

• Deliver excellent customer service across all channels
• Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Accurately capture and confirm customer orders
• Resolve customer complaints and queries promptly
• Communicate account hold notifications
• Promote and upsell Clover and partner products
• Participate in team meetings and support team goals
• Apply basic numerical and admin skills effectively
