Job Overview (General Worker Universal Paper Manufacturers)

Universal Paper Manufacturers seeks a dedicated General Worker to join its Paper Factory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining housekeeping standards, performing routine plant checks, and assisting in the smooth running of daily production operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a manufacturing background to grow in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a General Worker Universal Paper Manufacturers, you will be expected to:

• Maintain daily housekeeping standards in the Paper Factory.
• Follow OEM procedures for all plant equipment.
• Identify, report, and assist in rectifying any equipment deviations or faults immediately.
• Conduct routine plant inspections each shift and report findings to superiors.
• Record production-related data accurately on designated sheets.
• Support effective safety, health, and environmental management practices.
• Learn and understand the entire production process and factory operations during each shift.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

• Minimum: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Desired: Technical background with manufacturing experience.

Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in the manufacturing industry.

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• Ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Physically fit and safety-conscious.
