About the Role (Global Supply Chain)
BP is seeking a Global Supply Chain Learner (GSC Learner) to support our Durban operations. This entry-level role is designed for graduates with a passion for supply chain management, quality, and sustainability. You will assist with management information (MI) reporting, product change coordination, supplier performance tracking, and quality compliance while working closely with internal teams and third-party manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and supply timely, accurate MI reports (Health, Safety, Quality, Supply Chain).
- Track supplier and customer quality performance, recording non-conformities and complaints.
- Support 3rd party manufacturers by monitoring product quality and updating reports.
- Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) and product change activities across technology, marketing, and manufacturing teams.
- Manage customer complaint samples and track root cause analysis progress.
- Record and follow up on compliance and quality audit findings.
- Capture meeting minutes, update global databases, and ensure smooth supply chain communication.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong MS Office proficiency, especially Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organised, and adaptable to change.
- Strong relationship-building and teamwork abilities.
- Awareness of sustainability issues in business operations.
