About the Role

Triton Express is building a talent pool of motivated learners for future Professional Driving learnerships. This is an ongoing opportunity for South African youth to gain structured, accredited training and practical experience in professional driving within the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and apply safe vehicle operation procedures.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods under supervision.
• Support logistics and transport operations across Triton Express divisions.
• Participate in workplace mentorship and structured theoretical training.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to vehicle operations.
• Adhere to safety regulations, company policies, and traffic laws.

Requirements

• South African citizen, aged 23–35.
• Grade 12 / NQF Level 2 or equivalent.
• Medically fit to operate commercial vehicles.
• Must be numerically oriented and able to read/write English.
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
• Clear criminal record.
• Residents of the East Rand or surrounding areas preferred.

Advantageous Skills:

• Own reliable transport.
• Computer literacy.
• Previous experience in logistics or driving is beneficial.

Learnership Details

• Duration: 12 months full-time.
• Stipend: Market-related, typically R4,000/month.
• Structured theoretical training + workplace practical experience.
