Key Responsibilities

As the MD Driver, you will:

• Transport authorised personnel, parcels, and correspondence using company vehicles in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Plan efficient travel routes to minimise delays and ensure timely arrival at all destinations
• Conduct basic vehicle checks and report issues promptly
• Provide administrative and ad hoc support to assist the executive office
• Represent Absa professionally with a high level of discretion and integrity

Minimum Requirements for MD Driver

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

• Higher Certificate or Advanced National (Vocational) Certificate in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a corporate/executive driver (preferred)
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to executive schedules

Key Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Discreet and professional in handling sensitive information
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Familiarity with Accra and surrounding areas
