Learnership Overview (New Venture Creation)

The New Venture Creation NQF2 Learnership provides structured workplace exposure combined with practical learning. Learners will gain hands-on experience within Free State Oil’s operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Successful learners will:

• Assist with cleaning tasks alongside cleaning contractors
• Perform scheduled daily cleaning duties
• Clean processing equipment and production lines
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are met
• Complete required assignments during the 12-month programme
• Participate fully in on-the-job training activities

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Have Grade 12 (Matric)
• Be able to read, write, and understand English
• Be currently unemployed
• Be between the ages of 18 – 32 years
• Reside in Villiers or surrounding areas
