About the Role (Outbound Call Center Sales Agent)

The successful candidate will join the outbound sales team and proactively contact potential customers to promote and sell products or services. The role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Candidates with previous call centre or sales experience will have an advantage, but motivated entry-level applicants are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

  • Matric / Grade 12 / NQF Level 4

Experience & Skills

  • Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment
  • Computer literacy and CRM knowledge
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
