Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) with Science and Mathematics
• Certificate/Diploma in Food Technology or a related field (advantageous)
• Computer literate – proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Basic understanding of laboratory equipment and procedures
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Must have reliable transport

Key Responsibilities

• Support the technical lab team in preparing customer product samples
• Assist with admin tasks and maintain reporting platforms
• Replenish laboratory stock levels
• Assist in preparing colours, flavours, and pharmaceutical products
• Perform basic laboratory duties and technical support
