The Unilever is inviting applications for its Unemployed Learnership Programme at the Anderbolt Factory, Gauteng.
This 12-month onsite learnership is ideal for unemployed youth who want to gain practical experience in Supply Chain and Production Operations within a global FMCG environment.

Relocation assistance is not provided. Applicants must already reside in Gauteng or relocate at their own cost.
Job Purpose
The Unemployed Learnership programme will train you to:
- Operate automated packaging equipment
- Maintain health and safety standards
- Monitor product quality
- Develop mechanical maintenance skills
- Improve communication and teamwork on the production line
You will gain real workplace exposure in a high-performance manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a learner, you will:
- Perform general production line operations
- Conduct pre-start-up equipment checks
- Monitor product and packaging quality
- Identify and report faults
- Take corrective action when needed
- Clean machinery according to manufacturer guidelines
- Prepare raw materials for production
- Maintain safety standards at all times
- Complete all assessments, logbooks, and learnership requirements
- Support eco-efficient and sustainable production practices
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- National Senior Certificate (Matric) with Mathematics and Science
OR
- N2 / N3 / N4 Engineering qualification
