Duties & Responsibilities

As a Tsebo Cleaner, your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and completing cleaning tasks in line with site requirements.
• Maintaining Tsebo hygiene standards.
• Cleaning offices, wards, public spaces, and other assigned areas.
• Completing tasks within specified timeframes.
• Promoting positive customer and client relationships.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• High energy levels and reliability.
• Good personal appearance and hygiene standards.
• Strong soft skills (smiling, greeting clients).
• Punctual, reliable, and committed.
• Clear communication skills in English.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 11 or equivalent qualification.
• Previous cleaning experience or willingness to learn.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment (e.g., buffing machines) will be an advantage.
