About the Role (TWK Agri Cashier)

TWK Agri is seeking a reliable Cashier to join our Trade division in Kokstad. This role is responsible for handling point-of-sale transactions, assisting with stock control, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working with money and digital systems.

Key Responsibilities

As a Cashier at TWK Agri, your duties will include:

• Processing payments by cash or card and issuing receipts.
• Handling refunds, credits, and customer queries.
• Balancing and maintaining cash drawers, including sorting and wrapping notes/coins.
• Assisting customers with purchases and ensuring smooth checkout experiences.
• Keeping the checkout area neat, clean, and organised.
• Assisting with stock control, shelf packing, and stock takes.
• Recording and tabulating transactions accurately.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this TWK Agri Cashier role, applicants must have:

• Matric / Grade 12 certificate.
• Computer literacy and ability to use point-of-sale systems.
• Previous cashier experience (advantageous).
• Strong numerical ability and accuracy with cash handling.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
