Job Purpose (UIF Client Service Officer)

UIF Client Service Officers provide efficient and accurate administrative support to ensure that UIF services reach eligible beneficiaries. You will be responsible for screening applications, processing benefits, registering payment continuation forms, and delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

To qualify for UIF Client Service Officer, Applicants must have:

• Minimum Qualification: Matric/Grade 12/Senior Certificate
• Experience: 0–6 months in a similar role
• Knowledge:
  • Unemployment Insurance Act and Regulations
  • Unemployment Insurance Contributions Act
  • Public Finance Management Act (PFMA)
  • Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA)
  • Treasury Regulations, Batho Pele Principles
