Key Purpose of the Role

This 12-month Learnership offers a nationally recognised FETC: Long Term Insurance NQF Level 4 qualification. The programme combines structured theoretical learning with practical, on-the-job experience within the financial services sector.

Areas of Responsibility

• Call centre support, including medical aid client servicing, claims, new business, and health benefits administration.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Supporting client service operations with professionalism and efficiency.

Education and Experience

• Grade 12 required.
• Maths: Minimum Level 4 (50%)
• English: Minimum Level 4 (50%)
• Maths Literacy: Minimum Level 5 (60%)
• 2nd Language: Minimum Level 4 (50%)
• Incomplete tertiary qualification is an advantage

Specific Requirements

• Not engaged in post-matric studies or formal employment.
• No previous Learnership completion.
• Age between 18 and 25 years.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel and MS Outlook).
