Key Responsibilities

As an Admin Learnership candidate, you will:

  • Comply with company and client policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Manage and file financial documents accurately.
  • Operate and maintain office equipment (fax, photocopier, shredder).
  • Coordinate office maintenance and order supplies.
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Process timesheets, handle petty cash, and perform banking reconciliations.
  • Arrange travel and bookings for site personnel.
  • Follow Occupational Health and Safety procedures and attend safety meetings.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
  • Valid Code 08 driver’s license.
  • 0–1 year experience in an office environment (advantage).
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
