An exciting opportunity is available for an Apprentice to join the Plant Services team in Sasolburg. This programme is designed to develop skilled workers who meet industry requirements and to create a sustainable talent pipeline for the business.

As an Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced Artisans, assist with workshop activities and field breakdowns, and gain valuable hands-on engineering experience while focusing on continuous learning.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for Apprentice Opportunity 2025, you must:

• Hold a Grade 12 Certificate with Mathematics & Science (minimum 50% pass)
• Have a valid Driver’s License (minimum Code 08)
• Hold an N2 TVET/FET Certificate (with Mathematics, Science, Engineering Drawing & Diesel Trade Theory – preferred)
• Have workshop experience in an earthmoving, construction, or heavy lift environment (advantageous)
• Be available to start in October 2025
• Be willing to learn and complete both theoretical and practical training within the programme duration

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist Artisans with workshop activities and field breakdowns
• Support and uphold a strong safety culture
• Execute reasonable instructions from supervision
• Engage in continuous learning to develop technical skills
