Bidvest International Logistics (BIL) is offering an exciting Unemployed Learnership Programme 2025–2026 for African females living with a disability. This is your chance to gain valuable experience and a recognized qualification in the Freight and Logistics industry.

The learnership runs for 12 months and is registered with the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO), combining both theoretical training and practical workplace experience across multiple divisions.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for Bidvest International Logistics Learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Grade 12 Senior Certificate (or equivalent)
• South African citizen
• Between 18 and 35 years old
• Unemployed and available full-time for 12 months
• Interest in the Transport and Logistics industry

Key Responsibilities

As a learner, you will:

• Commit to a 12-month structured learnership
• Complete modules on the BIL eLearning Platform
• Participate in both theoretical and practical training across 3 divisions
• Submit a Portfolio of Evidence to qualify at the end of the programme

• Accountability and responsibility (manage stipend and studies effectively)
• Professional behavior and communication within a corporate environment
