• Assist with bagging, boxing, or gift-wrapping items for customers.
• Provide accurate information about store products, promotions, and policies.
• Cross-sell and promote new or related products to customers.
• Address and resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Greet customers warmly and ensure they leave with a positive impression.
• Support colleagues with other duties when required.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
• Minimum of 2 years’ cashier experience
• Strong numeracy and accuracy skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, and presentable
