Are you living with a disability and passionate about agriculture? BKB Ltd invites unemployed South African youth with disabilities to apply for an exciting 12-month Disability Learnership in New Venture Creation (NQF2). This opportunity includes both theoretical training and practical fibre experience within the wool and mohair sector.

What You’ll Gain

• Nationally recognised NQF Level 2 qualification
• Hands-on fibre and agricultural skills

Minimum Requirements

To qualify, you must:

• Be a South African citizen, aged 18–29
• Have a minimum Grade 10 qualification
• Be currently unemployed
• Have good communication and time management skills
• Not be enrolled in any other learnership or formal study
• Be willing to perform physical tasks and stand for long hours
• Submit a valid medical report confirming your disability

Visual Impairments

• Blurred vision
• Blind in one eye
• Colour blindness

Hearing Impairments

• Tinnitus
• Hearing loss in one ear

Mobility Impairments

• Arthritis (including rheumatoid and osteoarthritis)

Mental Health & Emotional Conditions

• Bipolar disorder
• Severe depression
• Anxiety disorder
• Eating disorder
• OCD

Location & Accessibility

Candidates must be able to commute to Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth). This opportunity suits those who are physically and emotionally ready to engage in a structured, meaningful training experience.
