About the Programme (FSCA Internship)

The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) is offering its 2025/26 Internship Programme to empower young South African graduates with skills, knowledge, and industry exposure in the regulation and supervision of financial markets.

This one-year structured programme creates a pipeline of skilled professionals while helping FSCA fulfill its mandate to:

• Transform the integrity of South African financial markets.
• Protect consumers by promoting fair treatment from financial institutions.
• Provide financial education and support financial stability.

Selected interns will work under the guidance of a dedicated mentor, gaining hands-on experience within divisions aligned to their qualifications and career aspirations.

Who Should Apply

FSCA welcomes applications from graduates who meet the following criteria:

• South African Citizen with a valid SA ID.
• No prior work experience required.
• Must hold a completed Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in one of the following fields:
