Key Responsibilities

As part of the Gauteng Unemployed Learnership, you will:

Workplace Experience

• Participate in day-to-day operational activities
• Gain practical exposure aligned with development objectives

Learning & Development

• Attend all required training sessions
• Complete structured learning interventions

Customer Support

• Assist customers with financial service queries
• Support team performance objectives

Administration

• Complete reporting and compliance documentation
• Track performance and learning progress

Sales & Performance Targets

• Work on allocated leads
• Achieve productivity and strike-rate targets

Customer Experience & Compliance

• Deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain confidentiality of client information

FAIS Fit and Proper Requirements

To qualify for this Gauteng Unemployed Learnership, candidates must meet FAIS compliance requirements, including:

• FSCA-approved qualification
• Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5) – advantageous
• Product-specific training (upon onboarding)
• Class of Business training
• Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
• Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and good standing

Preference will be given to candidates already holding an FSCA-approved qualification. The RE5 certificate will be an added advantage.

Minimum Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in:
