Key Responsibilities
As part of the Gauteng Unemployed Learnership, you will:
Workplace Experience
- Participate in day-to-day operational activities
- Gain practical exposure aligned with development objectives
Learning & Development
- Attend all required training sessions
- Complete structured learning interventions
Customer Support
- Assist customers with financial service queries
- Support team performance objectives
Administration
- Complete reporting and compliance documentation
- Track performance and learning progress
Sales & Performance Targets
- Work on allocated leads
- Achieve productivity and strike-rate targets
Customer Experience & Compliance
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Follow prescribed scripts and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
FAIS Fit and Proper Requirements
To qualify for this Gauteng Unemployed Learnership, candidates must meet FAIS compliance requirements, including:
- FSCA-approved qualification
- Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5) – advantageous
- Product-specific training (upon onboarding)
- Class of Business training
- Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
- Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and good standing
Preference will be given to candidates already holding an FSCA-approved qualification. The RE5 certificate will be an added advantage.
Minimum Education Requirements
