Minimum Requirements
- Education: Ability to read and write / ABET (Adult Basic Education and Training).
- Competencies:
- Knowledge of basic safety precautions when handling hazardous liquids.
- Proficiency in the use and maintenance of cleaning and gardening equipment.
- Basic literacy and communication skills.
- Ability to work in gardens and handle equipment safely.
Key Duties
- Water, prune, and trim flowers, plants, and trees.
- Mow grass, remove weeds, and clear garden refuse.
- Apply insecticides and cultivate soil for trees and flowers.
- Maintain, repair, and detect malfunctioning of gardening tools and equipment.
- Support overall garden upkeep to ensure a safe, clean, and visually appealing environment.
