Key Responsibilities

As a General Worker X3, you will support tailings operations and ensure that planned deposition targets are achieved. Your duties will include:

• Assisting the team leader/supervisor in daily operations
• Performing routine inspections in assigned areas
• Managing and planning tailings materials at designated sites
• Identifying and reporting operational issues or deviations
• Following all company discipline, safety procedures, and policies
• Extending and connecting pipelines
• Opening and closing operational valves
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping
• Taking ownership of your performance

Minimum Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent

Experience Requirements

• 0–2 years’ experience in earthmoving or related environments
• Advantageous: 2+ years’ experience in tailings dam operations or the mining industry

Skills & Competencies

• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Strong planning and organizational ability
