About the Role (Kia South Africa Apprentice 2025)
Kia South Africa is seeking dedicated and motivated apprentices to join the Fourways branch. This apprenticeship programme provides hands-on training in automotive technical and diagnostic services, enabling you to develop practical skills in vehicle maintenance, repair, and diagnostics while gaining professional work experience.
As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced technicians to deliver high-quality service to customers while learning the industry-standard procedures and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and apply solutions to operational issues, escalating unresolved problems when necessary.
- Deliver on agreed performance targets according to set procedures and service-level agreements (SLA).
- Report transactional activities accurately to support informed decision-making.
- Perform work following governance, compliance, and occupational health and safety standards.
- Execute tasks efficiently to prevent financial losses and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend training initiatives to enhance technical skills and work quality.
- Support assigned technicians for on-the-job learning and development.
- Complete logbook activities and training programmes as part of structured learning.
Minimum Requirements
- National Senior Certificate (Matric) with Pure Maths and Physical Science.
- Higher Certificates or Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates NQF Level 4.
- 1 year of experience in a similar technical environment (advantageous).
- Valid South African driver’s license.
