Requirements

• NCV Level 4/Grade 12, or a Diploma in:
  • Hospitality
  • Culinary/Cookery
  • Hotel & Catering Management
  • Nutrition/Food Science/Food Service Management
• At least 1 year’s hospitality industry experience
• Knowledge of culinary arts and computer literacy
• Strong communication, organizational, and supervisory skills
• Ability to work flexible hours

Key Duties

• Assist in developing recipes and instructional materials
• Maintain kitchen safety and oversee daily operations
• Supervise and support students during practical sessions
• Monitor and safeguard kitchen resources, equipment, and inventory
• Assist lecturers with preparation of class materials and demonstrations
• Participate in professional development and recruitment activities
• Maintain records, assist with food purchasing, and manage receipts
• Support hospitality program events and student tutoring
