Adcock Ingram Healthcare is inviting applications for 30 Learner positions as part of a 12-month learnership programme aimed at People Living with Disabilities. These contract opportunities are based at various Adcock Ingram sites, with the main location in Midrand, Gauteng.

About the Learnership Programme

The Adcock Ingram Learnership Programme aims to empower qualifying learners living with disabilities by providing structured workplace exposure, practical skills, and professional development. Learners will gain hands-on experience while working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Learner Opportunities Job Purpose

The purpose of this programme is to:

Successful applicants should demonstrate:

  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office package)
  • Good interpersonal skills and self-motivation

  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Advantageous Skills

  • Experience in web design or content production
  • Portfolio with examples of successful project work

Minimum Requirements – Learners

Applicants for Learner Opportunities must meet the following criteria:

  • Age: Between 18 and 35 years
  • Matric (Grade 12) – required
  • Certificate of Disability – mandatory
  • Any post-school qualification, degree, or certificate will be an added advantage

Required Supporting Documents

Applicants must attach the following documents:

  • Proof of Disability Certificate
  • Certified copy of ID
  • Matric certificate and/or highest qualification
