About the Role
As a Motor Accounts Handler, you will act as the primary point of contact for Dotsure’s motor dealership partners. This is an office-based business development role, focused on maintaining strong dealer relationships, supporting sales growth, and delivering outstanding service across your portfolio.
You will engage with partners through inbound and outbound communication, manage accounts, resolve queries, and contribute to Dotsure’s mission of redefining motor insurance in South Africa.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
As a Contact Centre Agent / Motor Accounts Handler, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with motor dealerships across South Africa
- Serve as the main contact point for dealership partners
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to support and drive dealer sales
- Resolve dealer queries efficiently and professionally
- Manage and grow your assigned account portfolio
- Maintain accurate CRM records and performance tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent partner support
- Proactively engage dealers to improve satisfaction and retention
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12) – essential
- Post-matric qualification – advantageous
Experience
- Previous customer-facing, sales, or account management experience is advantageous
- Experience in the motor or insurance industry is a plus, but not essential
