Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Sales Support
- Drive Strategic Insights: Consolidate and distribute sales reports to help leadership make informed decisions.
- Ensure Operational Integrity: Maintain accuracy in sales quotes and invoices, safeguarding financial compliance.
- Champion Customer Satisfaction: Provide excellent service and feedback to strengthen client relationships.
- Transform Data into Action: Interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and operational improvements.
- Support Workforce Management: Capture leave records and prepare monthly summaries to boost productivity.
- Ensure Service Accountability: File service job cards with signed Proof of Delivery (PODs).
- Maintain Resource Efficiency: Issue consumables and manage inventory to reduce waste and prevent shortages.
- Improve Product Lifecycle Management: Track and process returns to resolve customer issues and reconcile inventory.
General Administration
- Streamline Financial Operations: Manage purchase order (PO) requests and resolve PO queries.
- Safeguard Revenue Flow: Capture cash and EFT payments to ensure accurate income tracking.
- Enhance Internal Communication: Set up boardrooms and distribute meeting minutes promptly.
- Optimize Resource Management: Monitor office supplies to control costs and ensure availability.
- Foster a Culture of Awareness: Maintain notice boards with policies, safety messages, and HR updates.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Matric / NQF Level 4 (essential).
- Experience: Customer interaction experience advantageous but not essential.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Flexibility to work across admin, sales, fleet, and retail environments.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, innovative company
