Lubricant Manufacturing Plant Programme Overview

• Contract Type: Fixed-Term Learnership
• Location: Durban – Wharfsides & Causeway Road

Key Responsibilities

During the Lubricant Manufacturing Plant learnership, successful candidates will:

• Gain exposure to lubricant production processes and quality control.
• Assist with plant operations and basic maintenance activities.
• Support daily operational tasks within the lubricants manufacturing facility.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards at all times.
• Participate in on-the-job training and classroom learning.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (Matric).
• NTC4 Engineering in one of the following fields:
  • Mechanical
  • Chemical
  • Electrical
  • Instrumentation
  • Industrial Engineering
• South African citizen aged 18–35 years.
• Currently unemployed and not studying full-time.

Added Advantage

• TVET Qualification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management.
• Demonstrated interest in the energy, manufacturing, or engineering industries.

• Certified copy of Matric certificate (not older than 3 months).
