Minimum Requirements

To qualify for Marsh McLennan Learnership, applicants must:

• Have Matric/Grade 12 with English (first or second language) and Maths or Maths Literacy.
• Possess a Matric certificate and/or statement of results (passed in 2024 or earlier).
• Be a South African citizen.
• Be between 18 and 25 years old.
• Reside in or near one of the listed locations.
• Be available from 1 February 2026.
• Not be studying post-Matric or employed at the time of the learnership.
• Not have previously participated in any SETA-funded initiative.

• Certified copy of ID
• Matric certificate and/or statement of results
