Programme Purpose
The WIL Programme is designed to:
- Provide on-the-job training and exposure to industry-specific tasks
- Enhance your employability by bridging the gap between theory and practice
- Develop problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
- Support career growth through mentorship and training workshops
Key Responsibilities
Task Execution
- Assist in projects within assigned departments
- Perform routine operational tasks under supervision
- Support documentation, reporting, and other admin functions
Learning & Development
- Participate in workshops and mentorship sessions
- Shadow experienced professionals to gain industry insights
- Take part in analytical and problem-solving activities
Communication & Collaboration
- Engage with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
- Provide regular updates on assigned projects
- Serve as a point of contact for assistance and queries
Compliance & Safety
- Follow all company policies and safety regulations
- Uphold ethical and professional standards
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity at all times
Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research and collect data to support decision-making
- Prepare reports and presentations using MS Office tools
- Assist with process improvement initiatives
Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must meet the following:
- Matric certificate (or equivalent) plus N6 in Public Relations & Communications
- South African citizen
- Age: 18–35 years
- Preference: Persons with Disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply
- No bursary obligations with another company
- Must provide:
- Certified Matric certificate
- Academic record
- South African ID copy
- TVET College experiential learning letter
