Ampath Laboratories is hiring a Messenger and Cleaner at its Kokstad branch. This role is perfect for candidates with a Grade 12 certificate and prior experience in a cleaning or messenger position who want to contribute meaningfully to South Africa’s healthcare system.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
• 6–12 months’ experience in a messenger or cleaning role
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Basic numerical and literacy skills
• Strong attention to detail and self-motivation
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities Messenger And Cleaner

• Clean and maintain the care centre or laboratory to high hygiene standards
• Collect medical specimens and ensure timely delivery of reports
• Provide general assistance with administrative and support tasks
• Help create a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for patients and staff
• Contribute to a high-performance, service-oriented culture
